What was the opportunity?
Andrew Jaynes Ltd is a small Kent based manufacturer that makes bespoke, high quality windows and doors. Andrew approached the KITC as they were struggling to track the progress of internal projects that were running, that were aimed at improving and scaling their business.
What did the KITC do?
We worked with Andrew and his team to build a shared understanding about what they meant by managing internal projects, and what their expectations were for a better way to do this.
We then conducted research and analysis to identify a range of different off the shelf, software as a service solutions, and worked with the team to evaluate which would be the best fit for their business.
What was the outcome?
Andrew and the team selected their preferred solution and spent some time, during the product's free trial period evaluating the product. During this time Andrew and his team not only found that it was a good fit for their project management needs, but also found that they could re-invent the way they manage customer enquiries, and their orders pipeline. This has a transformative effect on their business and allowed them to focus on other ways to grow.
